Care4Carers is a groundbreaking social media campaign crafted for McMaster University to support the mental health and well-being of healthcare professionals (HCPs). By pairing powerful illustrations and animations with targeted advocacy, the campaign brought much-needed attention to workplace mental health while guiding HCPs to practical, actionable resources. Produced 30 bilingual (French and English) illustrations and animations for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
Garnered thousands of engagements from HCPs, sparking widespread conversations about mental health.
Avoided traditional 'self-care' language, instead focusing on actionable strategies for stress management.

Embreate played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing the Care4Carers campaign, working closely with McMaster University to bring this initiative to life. Our Contributions:

Strategic Messaging: Avoided potentially alienating ‘self-care’ terminology, opting for relatable, actionable strategies to manage work-induced stress.

Advocacy Alignment: Ensured the campaign's visual and messaging elements aligned with the mission to promote systemic change for HCP mental health and well-being.
